CNC Machinist operates, sets up, and maintains computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components
This role involves interpreting blueprints, programming machines, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Set up CNC machines with appropriate tools, attachments, and raw materials
Knowledge of calipers, micrometers,
Familiarity with G-Code & M-Code
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
Ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards
Input or adjust CNC programs using CAM software
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
