Job Title: Inspector/Packer

 

Job Summary:

A Packer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the items picked and ensuring appropriate packaging for shipment.

 

Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:

 

  • Inspects product to ensure they meet the specifications of the order

  • Meet customer expectations regarding product quality, product accuracy and on time-delivery.

  • For outgoing containers, applies shipping labels and places on designated conveyor

  • Ability to see and distinguish words, colors and shades

  • Ability to stoop, reach, handle and manipulate objects and materials

  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs

 

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Ability to count

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
