Maintenance Engineer

Position Overview
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and safety of the hotel and event center, responding to maintenance requests, and performing preventative maintenance.
Reports To
General Manager
Key Responsibilities
•
Perform routine and preventative maintenance

•Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests
•Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
•Assist with event setup and breakdown when needed
•Maintain logs and follow safety procedures

Qualifications
•Maintenance or engineering experience required
•Knowledge of building systems and basic repairs
•Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
