Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11pm–7am
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Maintain equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and keep accurate production records.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing machines per SOPs and work instructions.
- Monitor production quality; inspect products and identify defects or contamination.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Load raw materials and unload finished goods.
- Operate sealing equipment and manage scrap by weighing, documenting, and discarding.
- Enter production data into operating systems and maintain required output levels.
- Train new team members when needed and support other departments as assigned.
- Follow all safety, PPE, and contamination-control guidelines; maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6–12 months of manufacturing experience.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read/locate documents.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Basic math skills, including use of a ruler.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
- Ability to clearly communicate machine performance and production issues.
