Shift/Hours/Days: 2nd shift, 3:30pm-12am Monday-Saturday

The client is best known for manufacturing high-quality aluminum electrolytic capacitors used in a wide variety of electronic and industrial applications. The company is one of the few U.S.-based manufacturers specializing in these components and has built a reputation for producing reliable, American-made capacitors for more than 30 years
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble capacitor components and subassemblies according to work instructions and production schedules.
- Operate hand tools, small power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections and basic testing procedures as required.
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
- Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Package completed products for shipment or transfer to the next production stage.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
