Job Summary
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Summary
Responsible for safely inspecting, packaging, and preparing manufactured products for shipment while following all quality and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect product edges and seals per work instructions and SOPs
- Operate bag-sealing equipment and verify sealed bags/boxes
- Identify defects and notify machine operators for adjustments
- Weigh, document, and discard scrap
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas
- Package finished products for internal/external customers
- Complete required paperwork and records
- Assist with training new team members and support other departments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6–12 months manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read instructions, complete reports, and communicate clearly
- Basic computer and math skills; ability to read rulers
- Must be able to work overtime and pass defect-identification training
- Forklift license may be required depending on assignment
