- Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to established formulas and production specifications.
- Operate blending, filling, labeling, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble chemical products and prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Read and follow batch sheets, work orders, safety procedures, and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Label containers and packaging according to company and regulatory requirements.
- Clean and sanitize mixing tanks, production equipment, and work areas.
- Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Assist with material handling, stocking, and movement of products throughout the facility.
- Follow all OSHA, environmental, and company safety guidelines.
