Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Line Leader to join our team!
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am-3pm , 15 min lunches , 3-10 min breaks. No weekends & No evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production line operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Assign tasks and provide clear direction to line workers
- Monitor output to meet production targets and deadlines
- Train, coach, and support team members on processes and safety procedures
- Perform quality checks to ensure boxes meet company and client standards
- Communicate issues, delays, or equipment needs to management promptly
- Maintain accurate records of production, attendance, and performance
- Promote a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing , retail , or food industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Ability to motivate and guide a team to meet daily goals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
