Job Title: Assembler – Increased Pay
Job Summary:
The World’s leading manufacturer of AC Motor Start and AC Motor Run capacitors is seeking an assembler. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills and work as a team within a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role pays strong attention to detail and is committed to workplace safety.
Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:
Assemble capacitor components and subassemblies according to work instructions and production schedules.
Operate hand tools, small power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform visual inspections and basic testing procedures as required.
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Package completed products for shipment or transfer to the next production stage.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
1st Shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Saturday
