Finished Goods & Order Processing — Put away finished goods, pick customer orders, pack products according to requirements, properly label all boxes/pallets (including hazmat), and load shipments into designated carriers.
Shipping Documentation — Complete all required paperwork (pick tickets, packing lists, bills of lading, hazmat forms) and email necessary documents for international shipments.
Material Handling & Movement — Return, locate, store, load, and verify raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods for internal use or vendor shipments.
Receiving Operations — Verify manifests/bills of lading, unload incoming materials, check counts, resolve discrepancies, quarantine items when required, and enter all received products into the correct system locations.
Work Order & System Processing — Receive work orders, print for kit pulling, close work orders in the ERP system, and report any count or product discrepancies to supervisors or production managers.
Inventory Accuracy — Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure accurate inventory through proper data entry, verification, and documentation.
Other Duties — Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Forklift certification required***
- HAZMAT DOT Certification required***
3–6 months shipping/receiving experience; hazardous materials experience preferred
Strong computer skills and ERP familiarity
Excellent organization, planning, and time-management; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
High accuracy, detail-orientation, and dependability
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive communication with managers and employees at all levels
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to elements
Ability to wear required PPE
Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime
