Shift/Hours/Days: 1st Shift 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities
- Scan pallets and accurately break down palletized materials.
- Transport pallets to the correct production pods using a forklift.
- Supply material operators with the materials needed to maintain production flow.
- Operate a forklift safely in areas with limited maneuvering space.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings while working in a busy, high-traffic environment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Use scanners and an air hose as needed to support daily operations.
- Follow all company safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred.
- Experience using barcode scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled, clean, busy, and loud production environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift in tight spaces.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to reach above shoulder level and frequently bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
