Headquartered in Wytheville, Virginia, the company has served manufacturers and distributors throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast for more than 30 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, break rooms, restrooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces throughout the facility.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies, including paper products, soap, and hand sanitizer.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in warehouse aisles, entrances, and employee work areas.
- Perform routine cleaning of equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management.
- Assist with seasonal cleaning projects and special facility needs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Support a positive and professional work environment by maintaining high cleanliness standards.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer instructions.
