Job Title: Metallizer / Brush & Drill Operator 

Shift/Hours/Days: 3rd shift Monday-Friday 11pm-7am

Train on 2nd shift 

Client Profile 

The client is best known as a leading manufacturer of commercial floor care equipment and specialty cleaning chemicals. The company has been an innovator in the janitorial and facility maintenance industry for more than 40 years and is recognized worldwide for its floor maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Duties consist of loading and unloading metalizing trays
  • Metalizing the units
  • Clean the metallizer and room daily
  • Setting up and operating the Brush and Drill Machine
  • Read and follow specifications
  • Other duties as assigned by supervision

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. 
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 
  • Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Lifting up to 50lbs
  • Standing 8 hours
  • Stooping, bending, squatting, walking, twisting, reaching, overhead reaching, and good dexterity
