Job title: Assembly Technician
Shift/Hours/Days: 3rd shift, 10P-6A Sunday-Thursday

Key Responsibilities
– Assemble various industrial fan products in accordance with detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and established procedures
– Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly tasks
– Conduct visual and functional inspections of completed units to ensure compliance with quality standards
– Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process deviations to the appropriate personnel
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies, 6S principles, and safety regulations
– Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support efficient workflow and continuous improvement initiatives
– Other duties as assigned
