Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Perform offsets, tool changes, and basic machine adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience operating CNC mills and lathes preferred.
