Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, steel, and aluminum components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and welding procedures.
- Inspect completed welds and ensure quality requirements are met.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain safety standards and proper use of PPE and equipment.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
- Work independently while meeting production deadlines and quality expectations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven TIG welding experience on stainless steel, steel, and aluminum.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Welding certification preferred but not required.
