Position Overview
Shift: 5:45 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. Monday to Friday , Some Saturdays
Orientation schedule: Tuesday or Thursday 8 a.m- 3 p.m. on the first day of work.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our bus seat manufacturing team. This role supports various production activities, including assembly, material handling, and quality checks, to ensure our products meet safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly of bus seats and related components according to production specifications.
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production floor.
Follow all safety procedures, including the use of required PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Support production teams with additional tasks as needed to meet daily output goals.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred but not required.
Ability to stand throughout the entire shift, as well as lift, bend, twist, and move continuously in a production environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
Work Environment
Fast-paced production setting.
Exposure to machinery, tools, and moderate noise levels.
PPE required (gloves, safety glasses, etc.).
