Shift/Hours/Days: Monday-Saturday | 1st Shift | 5:45 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Repair, troubleshoot, test, and maintain automated, servo-mechanical, and electromechanical equipment.

Utilize electrical, electronic, and programmatic troubleshooting skills to identify equipment failures and restore production operations.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on automated and manual manufacturing equipment.

Identify process and equipment improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

Create, modify, and troubleshoot PLC and robotic programs.

Collaborate with maintenance personnel, production teams, engineers, and management to support operational goals.

Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.

Utilize trade-related tools including multi-meters, lockout/tagout equipment, and hand tools.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Follow all safety policies and procedures while working in a manufacturing environment.


What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in robotics, automation repair, or industrial maintenance preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

Advanced understanding of industrial automated equipment, controls, and manufacturing processes.

Working knowledge of PLCs, programming concepts, and industrial controls.

Experience using maintenance tools, testing equipment, and lockout/tagout procedures.

Basic understanding of mechanical systems and applications.

Experience identifying replacement parts, ordering components, and managing inventory.

Experience with Yaskawa robots preferred.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Welding certification preferred.

Background in welding, electrical, and plumbing systems is a plus.

Fluent English reading and writing skills required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 45+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, and moving throughout the facility.

May be required to work at elevated heights or enter permit-required confined spaces.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.


Work Environment

Manufacturing facility with regular exposure to moving machinery and equipment.

Exposure to textile dust, welding fumes, and paint-process fumes within OSHA-approved standards.

Moderate noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.

Fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to safety and detail.
