Job Title: 1st Shift Quality Auditor


Shift/Hours/Days:

Training Period (Approx. 1 Month): 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Post-Training: 1st Shift | 7:00 PM – 3:30 P.M

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
  • Verify box dimensions, glue application, skew, alignment, and other customer-specific requirements.
  • Follow production runs through each stage to ensure all quality standards are consistently met.
  • Document inspection findings and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify, report, and help resolve quality concerns with production team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, safety standards, and workplace policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Work independently after training while maintaining strong communication with supervisors and production personnel.


What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in quality inspection, quality auditing, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work and maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout production areas during the shift.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to move between production areas throughout the shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
