Training Period (Approx. 1 Month): 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Post-Training: 1st Shift | 7:00 PM – 3:30 P.M
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Verify box dimensions, glue application, skew, alignment, and other customer-specific requirements.
- Follow production runs through each stage to ensure all quality standards are consistently met.
- Document inspection findings and maintain accurate quality records.
- Identify, report, and help resolve quality concerns with production team members.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, safety standards, and workplace policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Work independently after training while maintaining strong communication with supervisors and production personnel.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in quality inspection, quality auditing, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to producing high-quality work and maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout production areas during the shift.
