Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:45p.m–11:15p.m • Some Saturdays • Overtime Available
Operate within a fast-paced production environment by following instructions, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe, positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Take initiative and work proactively throughout daily tasks.
- Read and follow shop orders, production schedules, and written or verbal instructions.
- Identify and separate defective or nonconforming parts.
- Report equipment issues to maintenance and notify supervisor of concerns.
- Maintain positive working relationships and contribute to a healthy team environment.
- Follow all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
PPE
- Safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves provided.
- Steel-toed shoes required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, kneel, or crouch as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
