Job Title: 3rd shift Production Operator
Schedule/Shift/Days:
Sunday night/Monday morning: 12:00 AM – 6:30 AM
Tuesday through Friday morning: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Employees who work their full scheduled 34-hour workweek receive an additional 6 hours of bonus pay. This is the only shift that does not work overtime or mandatory Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
- Take initiative and work proactively throughout daily tasks.
- Read and follow shop orders, production schedules, and written or verbal instructions.
- Identify and separate defective or nonconforming parts.
- Report equipment issues to maintenance and notify supervisor of concerns.
- Maintain positive working relationships and contribute to a healthy team environment.
- Follow all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
PPE
- Safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves provided.
- Steel-toed shoes required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, kneel, or crouch as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
