We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious **STAND-UP** Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently operating forklifts and other heavy equipment to facilitate the smooth flow of goods within our facility. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using stand-up forklifts and other heavy equipment.
Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and order picking processes.
Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain an organized workspace and optimize workflow.
Execute heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed to prevent injury.
Assist in order picking processes, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
Experience
Proven and recent experience operating stand up forklifts and heavy equipment in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, as well as mechanical knowledge of warehouse equipment.
Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) safely and effectively.
Previous experience in order picking or working alongside warehouse supervisors is advantageous.
