General Electricians who can convert 380 volt and 480 volt ideally out of manufacturing to support the safe installation, maintenance, and operation of all electrical systems within the facility. This is a hands-on role essential to launching and maintaining high-functioning production lines and infrastructure.

You’ll work closely with the Plant Engineer and Maintenance Team to ensure all electrical components, systems, and equipment meet U.S. standards and support efficient, continuous manufacturing operations. Ideal candidates have experience in industrial or high-volume manufacturing environments and are comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up setting.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and wiring in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
Support the electrical setup and commissioning of new production lines and facility systems
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and operations personnel during equipment upgrades or installations
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following OSHA and NFPA standards
Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications

5+ years of electrical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
North Carolina Electrical License (Journeyman or higher preferred)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and troubleshooting techniques
Experience working with high voltage equipment, PLCs, and control systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship completion a PLUS
