Extrusion Operator

Key Responsibilities • Set the extruder up correctly from the Production Router • Correct pin & die • Correct compound • Measure the profile and center it so all sides are equal • Cut the tube to the correct length • Follow the route to disposition of the cut tubes • Perform quality checks as specified on the process log sheet • Any other activities assigned by the Supervisor What You’ll Bring • Basic computer skills. • Have reading, writing, and basic math skills. • Possess good verbal and written communication skills. • Be a self-motivator who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
