Financial Controller

You will be part of an international finance function that has grown over the past 2.5 years, which is why you will have a major influence on the development and adaptation of current processes and building new ones that are in line with our growth plans.


Your areas of work:

As our Financial Controller, you work in a “service function” for daily operations, and must contribute to the following tasks:

  • Controlling an overview of the financial and business activities
  • Reporting broadly in the organization (KPI other than financial)
  • Maintenance and optimization of ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) and Business Intelligence reporting (PowerBI)
  • Optimization and development of reconciliation procedures
  • Monthly reporting to the finance group
  • Researching and monitoring rules and requirements for selling across the United States, Canada, and Mexico


In close cooperation with our experienced accountant based in the US and the group finance team based in Denmark, your first task will be to implement the group ERP system (Microsoft Business Central, Cloud Version) in our US entities together with the team. 


Your physical workplace is based in Mt. Airy, North Carolina. We encourage all our employees to come to the office every day but are open to discussing structured remote work.


3-4 years of accounting experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a combination of education and experience.
