DETAILED JOB DUTIES
Monitor the finished product loop to ensure continuous flow and operational efficiency
Monitor all equipment on the loop (wrap machine, scanners, alarm system).
Monitor finish good containers for any quality issues.
Correct any labeling or pallet issues.
Inspect finished goods containers for quality issues and report discrepancies to supervisor.
Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to verify product data and resolve rejection issues.
Send products requiring further QA inspection up pallet elevator.
Correct labeling and pallet issues to maintain packaging standards.
Assist in relocating products when dock conveyors are full to prevent bottlenecks.
Act as the first point of contact for maintenance regarding receiving loop issues.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb stairs, bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.

Ability to operate and troubleshoot RF scanners for inventory and data accuracy.
Attention to detail for quality checks and labeling accuracy.
