Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials, products, pallets, and containers.
- Load and unload trucks according to company procedures.
- Transport materials to designated warehouse and production areas.
- Properly stage and organize products and materials.
- Verify product quantities and locations when moving materials.
- Maintain accurate placement of inventory within designated storage areas.
- Inspect the forklift before and after use and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and keep aisles clear.
- Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other warehouse employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous forklift experience required at least 2 years
- Current forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
