Our client is known for manufacturing custom packaging solutions that help protect products during shipping and handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply glue or adhesive to materials according to production specifications.
- Operate or assist with glue application machinery and production equipment.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure proper adhesion and quality.
- Monitor equipment for proper operation and report malfunctions or production issues to a supervisor.
- Load, unload, and position materials for processing.
- Maintain a steady production pace while meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling adhesives, machinery, and manufacturing materials.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned by management.
- Fast-paced job with 2 tables of 2 workers each (so they will be working as a pair) gluing the flaps on the cardboard
- Workers will be across from each other; they need to be able to do 2 boxes a minute and a total of 8100 a week
