Industrial Maintenance Technician

Install and build fixtures for new production machinery, troubleshoot, and repair factory equipment, performs preventive maintenance for progressive dies. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical failures, executing routine upkeep, and documenting work orders. Fix broken or failing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on production lines. Run scheduled inspections, clean parts, replace worn components, and test machinery to prevent costly downtime. Help set up, align, and calibrate new factory machines using technical manuals and blueprints. Log completed tasks, parts used, and equipment status into the facility’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
