? Schedule: Monday – Sunday (24/7 operation; weekend availability required)

Compensation
? Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Yard Management Coordinators to support real-time yard
operations by maintaining accurate trailer visibility, tracking load status, and managing
exceptions across a high-volume, 24/7 distribution environment.
This is a short-term project (8 weeks, with potential extension to 12 weeks) supporting
operational efficiency through administrative control, tracking, and communication—not
physical material handling.
Responsibilities
? Maintain real-time visibility of all trailers within the yard
? Track and update:
o Trailer numbers
o Carrier and SCAC codes
o Yard locations (dock door, row, overflow, etc.)
? Monitor and update trailer statuses including:
o Checked In / Checked Out
o Empty / Loaded / Partially Loaded
o Awaiting Load / Awaiting Unload
o Ready to Ship
? Ensure accuracy of yard inventory vs. expected arrivals
? Track and document trailer details including:
o Load type (Inbound, Outbound, Shuttle, Transfer)
o Shipment or reference numbers
o High-level contents (finished goods, raw materials, etc.)
? Monitor and confirm:
o Trailers ready to load
o Trailers actively being loaded
o Completed and sealed trailers
? Identify and flag discrepancies between planned vs. actual loads
? Proactively identify issues or inconsistencies in yard activity
? Communicate updates and exceptions to operations leadership
? Support overall yard flow by ensuring accurate, timely data

? No forklift operation or physical material handling required
? No transportation dispatching responsibilities
Requirements
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Ability to manage and track multiple data points in real time
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
? Previous experience in: Logistics coordination and Warehouse or distribution
environments (preferred)
