Job Title: Janitor
Job Summary:
This is an entry level position in the Physical Facilities Department. The requirements and conditions listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, or ability required, as well as expected work environment. Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms, classrooms, kitchens, and other areas as assigned
• Collect and empty trash
• Vacuum/Shampoo carpet and mop/wax floors
• Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces
• Occasionally may be required to mow grass, remove weeds, move furniture
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
• Maintain a safe and clean work space
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs
• Must be able to bend and stoop
