Line Operator Job Summary: Continuous manufacturing production & inspection on production line. Primary responsibility will be operation of production line machinery. Meet production rates & improvement targets. Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements: • Ability to make proper machine settings based on product specifications for set-ups and production run • Read & follow manufacturing orders, control plans, SOP’s, safety requirements • Inspection of product going into and out of process • Support and maintain the world class manufacturing system (including 6S, Kaizan, waste, safety, SMED, Kanban, and mistake-proofing) • Must be capable of lifting 50lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25lbs • Able to stand for majority of shift • Must be able to bend and stoop • Must be open to non-climate-controlled conditions with extreme heat in summer Qualifications and Skills: • Good math skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Problem solving • Accountable • Committed to quality, safety and communication • Team-oriented and self-directed • Background check required • Drug test required Benefits and Perks: • Medical, Dental & Vision Plans are available • Benefits include Patient Advocacy Plan • Direct Deposit • Employee recognition during holiday’s and National Staffing Week • Birthday pay (once qualified) • Holiday pay (once qualified)
