DETAILED JOB DUTIES:

  • You must be comfortable with being 20ft – 30ft from the ground; use of JLG lift and ladders is required. 
  • Using an air hose to clean and bending, stooping, or kneeling for long periods of time is necessary to clean underneath machines. 
  • Strong attention to detail is needed to clean inside the bulker, the top, the side, and underneath the bulker.
  • Repetitive movements – you will be doing the same thing repeatedly throughout your shift.
  • Climbing step ladders and standing on platforms while harnessed is required to reach conveyor belts and the tops of machines.
  • Using a brush to clean tight spaces around the outside of the bulker and clean pans.
  • This is a big facility and will require a lot of walking.

EQUIPMENT/TOOLS USED

  • Ladders.
  • Air hose.
  • JLG lift.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Wearing PPE such as earplugs/earmuffs, safety glasses, and steel-toe/composite-toe shoes.
  • Lift, push, and pull 50lbs.
  • Being able to bend, stoop, kneel, and be on your feet throughout the whole shift.
  • Not afraid of heights.
  • Not having issues with a smoking environment.
  • Physically demanding labor.
