About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and coordinate production activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production (50-100) workers in the assigned department.
- Ensure daily production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Manage workflow and allocate personnel effectively.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Enforce company policies, processes, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Report equipment issues, material shortages, or production problems promptly.
Tools & Technology
- Forklift operation
- Scanner systems
- Computer applications (Microsoft Office, WMS – Warehouse Management System)
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- 1–3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to reach above shoulders, bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a production setting.
