Responsibilities
Review and verify all outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness.
Document and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipment errors.
Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to maintain smooth order flow.
Perform quality checks and assist in resolving fulfillment issues.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
Support inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or quality control preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with order management systems a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
