Key Responsibilities:
Operate an order picker and other warehouse equipment to locate and retrieve products.
Accurately pick, scan, and prepare items according to order specifications.
Inspect products for damage and verify correct quantities before staging.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including fall-protection requirements when operating elevated equipment.
Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties as needed.
Communicate any shortages, discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
Ability to operate or learn to operate an order picker and other powered industrial trucks.
Comfortable working at heights when required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
