Job Title: Production Line Lead
Shift/Hours/Days: Mon-Fri 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm

Key Responsibilities
- Lead material handlers and production associates, assigning daily tasks and monitoring production flow and order accuracy.
- Provide hands-on production support, coordinate break coverage, and communicate goals and shift updates.
- Oversee material staging, replenishment, and movement between production and warehouse areas.
- Verify materials, packaging, and labels against production orders; monitor supply levels and report shortages.
- Perform in-process quality checks and maintain accurate production, inventory, and traceability records.
- Ensure employees follow standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safe material-handling practices.
- Identify and report equipment issues, downtime, product defects, and quality concerns promptly.
- Promote proper use of personal protective equipment, cleanliness, and safe storage practices.
- Train, coach, and cross-train team members on safe work practices, productivity, and quality expectations.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, material handling, or warehouse operations.
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures, quality checks, and workplace safety practices preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively, provide hands-on support, and follow established material-handling protocols.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a self-motivator who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
