About the Role
Our client in Reidsville is seeking experienced Production Supervisors to lead night shift operations. This role ensures safety, quality, and efficiency during off-hours, maintaining smooth production flow and supporting a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support night shift team; conduct pre-shift briefings and end-of-shift reports.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
Monitor output against KPIs; ensure adherence to SOPs and batch documentation.
Troubleshoot equipment or process issues promptly; coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams.
Mentor and develop staff; ensure proper onboarding and skill growth.
Provide clear handoff reports to day shift supervisors for continuity.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
3+ years in production or manufacturing; 2+ years in supervisory roles.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently during off-hours and make critical decisions.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–80 lbs.
