JoyAlways seeks two dynamic Day Shift Production Supervisors to lead their new wet-wipe plant:
Ensure safety and quality in a high-volume batch process
Supervise and motivate crews to meet production targets
Drive continuous improvement and clean operations aboard launch and scale
Key Responsibilities
Assign tasks to Team Leads/operators; conduct start-of-shift meetings to communicate goals and challenges
Enforce safety regulations, approvals, housekeeping, and permit compliance
Monitor output against targets; control batch manufacturing using BOMs, SOPs, and metrics documentation
Respond to alarms, adjust processes in real-time, collaborate with Maintenance & Quality
Mentor trainees and shift staff; reinforce company standards [glassdoor.com], [career.com]
Ensure finished goods are staged for packaging/transfer to warehouse [glassdoor.com]
Maintain production area housekeeping and promote team morale [glassdoor.com], [career.com]
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (related certifications a plus)
Experience:
3+ years as chemical/factory operator; 2–4 years in a supervisory/lead role preferred
Familiar with batch production, SOPs, and record-keeping
Skills & Abilities:
Shift leadership, clear communication, and staff development
Problem-solving, multitasking under fast manufacturing pace
Capable of operating or supervising handling of production equipment
Physical ability to stand, lift (up to 40–80 lb), and work in varied temperature conditions
