Key Responsibilities
- Color and Quality Evaluation
Evaluate and approve/reject yarn and fabric samples for color accuracy, consistency, and quality against standards; maintain related documentation. - Physical and Laboratory Testing
Perform physical and chemical tests (e.g., tensile strength, abrasion, flammability) on raw materials and finished goods; record and analyze results. - Production Support and Inspection
Inspect production startup samples and finished articles; assist in first article inspections (FAIs) and ensure compliance with specifications. - Internal Audits and Compliance
Conduct internal quality audits to ensure ISO/AS9100 compliance, document findings and corrective actions. - Administrative and Technical Support
Manage QA records, create test certificates, enter data, issue purchase orders, and assist the QA Manager with reports and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- Education and Work Eligibility
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship. - Experience and Technical Skills
1–2 years’ experience in manufacturing or QA; knowledge of ISO/AS9100 standards; proficiency in Microsoft Office and lab equipment. - Attention to Detail and Color Accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify color variations; familiarity with quality control and testing procedures. - Communication and Teamwork
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
