Sales Director
Description of position:
The position of Sales Director is an addition due to our group’s growth strategy-driven
by geographical growth in North America and extensive product development. The director will be the main driver for monitoring and developing sales.
Strategy:
• Develop and set into motion sales strategies to meet/or exceed sales targets, and work with marketing to maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Provide feedback and ideas to management about sales strategies and activities in each
territory and execute these strategies.
Sales/Market activities:
• Motivate and guide sales reps and distributors about sales targets, renegotiating targets
together with the CEO of the US and the group CFO.
• Track performance across territories and make suggestions for improvements.
• Stay current with new/upcoming products and provide needed training/information
to reps/Distributors.
• Participate in selected trade shows/exhibitions across the US.
• Follow up with customers to build and maintain strong relationships
Products and pricing:
• Monitor and maintain pricing strategies together with management
• Ensure we have all necessary certifications, and we are compliant with our
documentation for our reps and distributors.
• Work proactively to stay informed about any changes in requirements and ensure the
sales team is always equipped with the latest documentation.
• Provide support to reps/distributors and customers with product questions, order issues, etc.
• Gather marketing materials such as pictures, catalogs, videos, etc., and maintain/update regularly.
- Insurance (100% paid by the company):
- Medical insurance including Dental and Vision Insurance
- PTO: 2 weeks (general company terms) + paid corporate holidays
- The Sales Director is entitled to determine her/his schedule for being available for internal meetings.
- The Sales Director is expected to travel to headquarters in Mt. Airy every 4-8
- weeks.
Actions to be done before employment agreed upon:
• The Sales Director must prepare a small business plan for her/his first year including
visions for 2026 and 2027.
