Receive and unpack incoming shipments of t-shirts.
Visually inspect t-shirts for any defects, damages, or discrepancies in style, size, color, or quantity.
Accurately sort t-shirts based on established criteria, such as style number, size, color, and destination.
Separate and properly handle damaged or incorrect items according to company procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring efficient workflow and safety.
Meet or exceed daily sorting targets while maintaining accuracy.
Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor or designated personnel.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as labeling, packing, and inventory counts.
Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if required.
