Key Responsibilities:
Sort garments and boxed products based on size, style, or order requirements.
Inspect items for accuracy, defects, or packaging issues.
Place sorted items in designated bins, totes, or conveyor lines.
Use a handheld scanner as needed to scan and track items.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and production standards.
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any issues.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift boxes averaging 38 lbs, with some weighing up to 65 lbs.
Constant standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
Qualifications:
No experience required; training provided.
