Job Summary:
The Sorter is responsible for sorting, inspecting, and organizing garments or materials according to quality standards, size, color, and order requirements. This role supports efficient production and distribution operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort garments or materials by size, color, style, or order number
Inspect items for defects, stains, or damage
Remove defective or non-conforming items from production
Stack, bundle, or package items according to guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety rules and company procedures at all times
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs (as required)
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
No prior experience required (training provided)
