Duties
- Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities to meet production targets efficiently
- Lead and motivate team members, providing clear guidance and support throughout shifts
- Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper handling of machinery and warehouse procedures
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, identifying defects or issues for immediate resolution
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports for tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and schedule equipment servicing as needed
Requirements
- Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment with a strong understanding of production workflows
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts
- Prior experience working on assembly lines within a manufacturing facility
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory if willing to obtain training
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively and coordinate across departments
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and quality control processes
