Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assures that shipping orders are filled correctly and on time to meet customer’s
expectations.
• Assures that production orders are filled in a timely manner.
• Moves finished product from the packaging area to the warehouse scanning into bins.
• Compares identifying information against bill of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
• Handle material, operate fork lift trucks, and pick products for shipping
• Unloads and loads trucks.
• Receives components, verifies count, correct product and damage.
• Ships finished product to customers verifying packing lists.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Realizes company operations to pin point opportunities
• Prepares and expedites shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Prepares all documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Any other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Have working knowledge of stretch wrap bander, hand lift trucks, forklifts, Must be
familiar with MRP and the SAP system for production support and inventory controls
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• PC Skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail and deadline oriented.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
