Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.
Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and production specifications.
Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
Operate basic manufacturing equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Package and prepare completed products for shipment as needed.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members and assist in other production areas when required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
Bend, stoop, reach, and twist as needed during assembly operations.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
