Job Title: 2nd Shift Quality Auditor
Shift/Hours/Days:
Training Period (Approx. 1 Month): 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Post-Training: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
Verify box dimensions, glue application, skew, alignment, and other customer-specific requirements.
Follow production runs through each stage to ensure all quality standards are consistently met.
Document inspection findings and maintain accurate quality records.
Identify, report, and help resolve quality concerns with production team members.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, safety standards, and workplace policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Work independently after training while maintaining strong communication with supervisors and production personnel.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in quality inspection, quality auditing, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality specifications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to producing high-quality work and maintaining accuracy.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout production areas during the shift.
Physical Requirements

Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
