Shift/Hours/Days: 1st Shift 7:30am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to ship and receive goods, transporting materials to their assigned locations.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials while maintaining accurate inventory.
- Work safely in confined areas with tight forklift traffic.
- Use computers and digital inventory systems to process shipments and track inventory.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records using scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely movement of materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous shipping and receiving experience required.
- Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
- Strong computer skills and experience using digital inventory tracking systems.
- Good math, communication, and computer skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
- Ability to work in a dusty environment with occasional strong menthol odors.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts in confined areas with tight traffic.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
