Job Title: Production Testing Coordinator
Testing Coordination:
? Coordinate the Product & Raw Material Testing program, focused on product durability, compliance and claims verification
? Develop and maintain testing schedules in line with production timelines.
? Coordinate routine and special testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished socks for compliance with specifications (e.g., durability, elasticity, colorfastness, sizing, content, Prop 65, formaldehyde, PFAS, etc.)
? Develop knowledge of and relationships with testing laboratories to facilitate effective communication and quick turn around on testing results.
? Monitor, troubleshoot, and investigate off-standard results quickly and efficiently.
Data Collection and Reporting:
? Coordinate with testing lab facilities to compile, analyze, and document testing data.
? Prepare detailed reports on product quality metrics, deviations, and trends.
? Present findings and recommendations to production and quality management teams.
? Maintain systematic records for audits and regulatory compliance.
Continuous Improvement:
? Participate in the evaluation and update of testing methods as new sock designs, yarns, and technologies emerge.
? Collaborate with design and production departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
? Keep current with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, AATCC, ASTM).
? Support training initiatives to educate staff on quality testing protocols.
Compliance:
? Managing customer compliance guidelines systems according to Nester Hosiery guideline list
? Frequent auditing of shipments to endure is in compliance with shipment guidelines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:
? Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality or testing role in textile or sock manufacturing.
? Familiarity with textile laboratory testing equipment and procedures.
? Knowledge of ISO, AATCC, or other relevant textile quality standards.

? Proficient in Microsoft Excel
? Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
? Excellent organizational, documentation, and coordination abilities
? Ability to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams
? Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or quality management software
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
? Ability to stand for extended periods
? Manual dexterity for handling materials and equipment
? Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.)
