Job Title: Tool Crib Attendant Shift/Hours/Days: 1st shift 8A-4P, Flexibility

Key Responsibilities – Issue, receive, and store tools, equipment, and parts in an orderly and accessible manner. – Inspect tools and equipment for wear, damage, or defects. – Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies. – Pick up and deliver items to and from departments. – Order parts for all departments in a timely manner. – Assist with purchasing and coordinating repairs for tools and equipment. – Explain and follow policies and procedures related to tool use, storage, and inventory. – Maintain accurate files, inventory records, and related documentation. – Follow safety practices for handling, storing, and operating tools and equipment. – Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure needed tools and parts are available. – Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring – Knowledge of storekeeping methods, inventory organization, and storage practices. – Experience in inventory and quality control. – Familiarity with tools, equipment, and terminology used in a maintenance environment. – Ability to use computers and basic software applications for inventory tracking and recordkeeping. – Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, timely records. – Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. – Knowledge of safety practices related to tools and equipment. – Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments. – Relevant training and experience to successfully perform assigned duties. – Support for a culture of safety, quality, and respect.
