Shift/Hours/Days: A/B Day Shift 7a-7p

Key Responsibilities
- Rotate across different tasks and production areas; be willing to cross-train.
- Assemble boxes and apply labels accurately.
- Prepare and build boxes, ensuring liners meet quality standards before placing them on the production line.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Transport boxes and containers to designated locations throughout the facility.
- Clean product carousels, feeders, and Box Packer lines to maintain efficient production.
- Assist with moving product containers and pulling product as needed.
- Issue tracking tickets for containers and manage inventory using scanners and computer systems.
- Feed or dump products into machines to maintain production flow.
- Inspect tobacco during the feeding process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
- Basic computer, scanner, and inventory tracking skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn multiple job functions and cross-train.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
