Responsible for supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations by maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assisting with production activities, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support
- Assist with production and assembly activities to meet daily manufacturing targets.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity.
- Support manufacturing processes while maintaining quality standards.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse storage areas.
- Store and organize materials, supplies, and finished products appropriately.
- Ensure work areas remain orderly and accessible for efficient operations.
Housekeeping & Facility Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing floor.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks to support a safe and efficient workplace.
- Keep production and storage areas free from hazards and obstructions.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Report potential safety concerns and assist in maintaining compliance with workplace standards.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly line processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
